 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. I had my car in for a routine oil change, the service was done quickly and the price I paid for the service I consider to be a fair one. The staff was good to me, I recieved a receipt when the service was complete, and my vehicle is running fine today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET S-10. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Brian, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in nice when I bought it, but I have noticed minor dings, and scratches. Brian did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle, and Ginger helped with the purchase too.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My salesperson was Rob and he was very good. The car was clean when I purchased it, but not in good running condition. I currently have a whole list of problems with the car. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was negative because of all the problems with the car.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. I bought my car from Matt, and he was good. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was in good condition when I bought it, and I am not having any problems now. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. The vehicle that I recently purcahsed was in excellent condition when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me was Demond. It took three or four hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was excellent also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Villager. I brought my car in for a running light. It took about 20-30 minutes to fix. It was not under warratny but the price was definitally fair. I got a receipt. The staff was very good to me. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in to have work done on the tie rod. It took about six hours to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was awesome. They fed me and gave me a free oil change. Currently the car is having some transmission problems. Overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. I took my car into the shop for a new timing belt, a new motor, and an axle. It was in the shop for a week and a day. The work was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff must not be that great because my car is WORST than what is was before. The back wipers don`t work and when it rains there is a puddle in the driver seat. My overall experience was negative because I have only had my car for 2 months and I am having so many issues. If you want my money each month, I demand that my car gets fixed.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. I took my car into the shop because my transmission was slipping. It was in the shop for a day for inspection. It was under warranty. I did not receive paperwork or a receipt. The staff were ok. I do have a concern about what is covered under warranty. Before having the transmission work done I had a second opinion about a sensor that needed to be replaced on the transmission. But J.D. Byrider is telling my that this $90 peice is not covered when it should be. So I did not get it fixed for that reason. My overall experience was neutral because that part should be covered under warranty and it is not. Unfortunately I am going to wait until the transmission stops working completely then it should be taking care of by my warranty.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I brought my car in because the batter light came on and it overheated. It was in the shop for four days. It was not all covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was really good. Currently the car is making some sort of noise. Overall my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Plymouth Voyager. Overall my experience was neutral because it seems like everytime I get the vehicle back from service, a week or two later something else will go wrong. I brought my vehicle in for a belt, and the service took a total of about 5 hours. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me okay, and currently the vehicle is having some starter problems.

I had my vehicle in to have the fuel pump repaired; the service was done quickly, was covered under warrenty, and was done by a super friendly staff who gave me my paperwork when the service was complete. My vehicle is running fine today and i`m using it to move my mother currently! All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Impala. Transmission issues again was why the vehicle was recently in for service, and it took about three days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle still has transmission issues, and needs a censor also. Overall I would rate this expereince neutal becasue there has been a steady problem with the transmission.

The staff were great. My brake light is on and I will need to take it to the shop and have it checked out. There are no other problems with my car.
