    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. The vehicle was recently brought in for new tires, and it took thirty minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was ok, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience postiive. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN SL. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a middle-aged, blonde haired, white woman and she provided really good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. It turned out that my tire was low. The service was completed the same day. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were good as far as customer service. My car is doing fine today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. Shawn was my salesperson and he has very great customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I got it and I was approved the first day I applied. I noticed that the vehicle takes three or four times to crank when I start it. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Brian. He was good. The vheicle is doing okay today. I was approved the same day. The vehicle was not in good condition or clean when I recieved it. There was spots on the seat and something was wrong with the back end. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1997 CHEVROLET Lumina. I brought my car in for a fuel pump. I dropped the car off over the weekend so I am not sure how long it took to fix. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was pretty good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Mountainee. I had my vehicle in to have passenger seat worked on, and because I noticed the issue prior to buying the vehicle, it was covered by the dealership, at no cost to me and I recieved paperwork documenting that service. The staff was nice and very friendly, and the issue has been resolved! All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection. It took about 3 hours to complete. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was real good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. My saleperson was a younger white male. His service was good. The car was clean but not necessarily in good condition. I will need a new passenger seat for my car. I was approved for the car the same day. My overall experience was neutral because the process took so long--way to long. The service was great but just took way to long.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire. I took my car in for an oil change. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t pay anything but I did recieve paperwork. The customer service was nice. The car is doing good today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Regal. Jake was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It was really quick! It was a free oil change. I received paperwork. The staff were excellent they were really nice. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 1997 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in to get the A/C fixed, and the heat went out. I am still waiting to get the heat fixed. The car is under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were good, and so is my car today. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Bravada. Andrew worked with me to get my vehicle and he is a nice guy and did a good job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it but something fell off the door recently. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was neutral due to bad customer service from the finance portion of the process.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because the heat would only work on high. The service was not completed. My car was under warranty, and I did not get a receipt. The staff are always super. My car still has the heat problem, and I think the transmission is slipping. Overall my experience is always positive.
