 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Blazer. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for work on my transmission. It was in the shop for a week. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were great. There are no problems with the car at this time.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was very, very positive. I worked with two Joe`s and they both were just great. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I drove it away and I was approved first day. I have not had a single issue with the vehicle since I bought it.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Jeep Cherokee. Darrius was the guy who worked with me on the vehicle and he did a great job. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it but the muffler sounded bad and it needs a front end allignment. I was approved first day. Overall my experience was negative because I did not get any form of discount or help even though I am a previous customer who lost her vehicle in a accident.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN Other. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for a new starter and battery. It was in the shop for 6 days. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were wonderful. I am having some issues with my battery. I need a boost when I have to start my car. I will be taking it back soon.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and oil change, and the service took about an hour or so. I had to pay for the service, and I thought that it was going to be cheaper than $24. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me real good. Currently, there is a problem with one of the turn signals.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. I had my car in to have the serpentine belt replaced; the service was done quickly, I can not remember if I recieved any paperwork, and the service was included under my warrenty. Chad and the rest of the staff are always very good to me, although Chad is always very busy and never remembers to call me and let me know my vehicle is ready; I just hound him instead! Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2003 Mercury Sable. My salesperson was Glenn. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now.
It took about 2 1/2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the check engine light was on. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was very good. There are no problems with my car now.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I had my vehicle in to have the starter replaced, and the service was done in about 2 days. The service was covered under warrenty, and I recieved paperwork for the service. The staff at my dealership is pretty nice, and the car is doing o.k. today, but I am having some issues, i.e. a rattle underneath the vehicle, a skip in the motor, and for some reason when I picked the vehicle up from service, the tire was flat. All in all, however, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Silverado. Overall my experience was definitely positive. Rich was the salesperson I worked with and he was great. He really worked with me and made everything comfortable. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I drove it off of the lot and the only thing I noticed is that the middle console is a bit raised when it shouldn`t be. I was approved the first day I went in.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. My experience was positive. Anthony was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van within about two days. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My van is running alright at this time.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN Other. My sales person was Rich. I was there for 2 days overall and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was nice, though you can only be so nice when there is only one person doing financing and 5 people trying to buy a car. The experience was positive. I was just unhappy about the wait being extremely long, though they did send me a letter of apology for the time it took.
