    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Megan, and she was good. I really loved working with her. I was approved for the car that same day. I thought the car was in good condition but its now. I was on my way to New York and it stalled on the high way and I was almost in a wreck. I got the car back three days ago and it wouldnt start. Overall my experience was negative because the car is a piece of junk.

    I own a 2002 Ford Probe. I purchased my car from the man on the right desk. He was fine as far as customer service. The car was clean when I received it. The engine light has come on, and the headlights don`t work. I was not approved the same day, we had some problems. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I worked with Shawn and he had very good customer service. The vehicle was not in good condition or clean when I bought it and I returned it. I returned it because the engine was bad. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was neutral due to the engine and also because of Virgil. He sat on the phone for 20 minutes arguing about the engine.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I had my vehicle in for winterization; the service was done quickly by a lovely staff, it was covered under warrenty and I recived the paperwork when the service was complete. My vehicle is doing good today, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2004 Chrysler Town & Cou. My salesperson was Donnie and he was really understanding and helpful. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about 3 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Scott. His service was great. The car was in good condition and clean when I first got it. I was approved for the car the same day. The back door of the car rattles a bit so it might need to be fixed.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. I brought my car in for transmission issues. It took 11 days to fix everything because of trouble finding the parts. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was very friendly. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Buick Century. Overall my experience was negative, because my check engine light is still comming on. I wish that the staff would fix my vehicle, so that I will not have to go back to the service department again. My transmission went out, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about three days. My service bill was fair, but now my brakes are going out. My check engine light is on, and I received paperwork.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Pablo and he was good with everything. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had a single problem with the vehicle. I was approved the first day that I walked in.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. The vehicle was recently brought in for ignition key, brakes, and muffler service, and it took about five hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, but I did not receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle needs to have the brakes checked out now. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because the brakes still have problems now.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Blazer. My overall experience was very positive! I took my car into the shop because it would make a noise when I turned the car left. I also had them do some estimated for some cosmetic things. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were great--they were perfect. The interior light is not working but that`s the only issue with my car.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because the sensor would not work for me. They had my car in the shop for about three days and the staff members treated me fine. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me and I have no problems with it.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the service took about 15-20 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

I had to bring my vehicle in to get the transmission worked on and it still is having the same problem now. I got the vehicle back in three days and the work was covered under warranty. The staff were great to me and they gave me a receipt right away. Overall my experience was neutral because the problem was not fixed and we have to bring it back in again.
