 | I own a 2000 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done fast for me and the staff members treated me good while I was there. My car was under warranty at the time and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good but my car leaks water. They are going to order a part to fix it for me.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had my car in to have the front end ticking sound evaluated, and the right axl was repaired in a quick manner, was covered under warrenty, and I was given the paperwork at the completion of the service. My vehicle is doing good today, and the staff is really good at my dealership. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. I took the car to the service center to get the oil changed and to see why the car was leaking oil. They were real good about getting the car back to me that same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. The car still has the oil leak so I need to get it fixed. The staff treated me good, and my overall experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was neutral, because I was freezing while I was waiting for service. You guys need some heat, so your customers will not be cold during the wait to get the work done. I had an oil change, an my vehicle was in the shop for about one hour. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop.

 | I own a 2008 Dodge Caravan. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because it was making a whistling noise. I didn`t have an appointment, and I was going out of town, so I was very pleased that they allowed me to come in. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything. I was not given a receipt, and the customer service was good. They were really nice in there. The car is still making the whistling noise.

They had my car in the shop for about two hours and the staff members treated me nice while I was there. My car was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it.  | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about three hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwrok. I still have the same problem with my vehicle, that I been having since I`ve boughtit. My vehicle slides when I press on the brakes, but the shop never service department always tells me that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. I did not like how long that the service took, but it is all finished up now.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Cutlass. I took the car to the service center to have transmittion work done, and to get a oil change. I left the car there over night and picked it up that next day. I had to pay ten dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I shouldnt have paid because the oil change should have been free. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was negative, because I have service to many times on the same problems. I had my locks fixed, and my brakes were messed up. My doors will not automatically lock when I put my vehicle into reverse like it use to, and the brakes go all the way down to the floor. My vehicle was in the shop for two days. I currently still have the same problems with my locks. If I press the lock button on the door, my door will unlock. I still have the same problems with the brakes, so the staff did not fix any problem during service.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. I brought the vehicle in because I had a problem a problem with the alternator. It took a couple of hours for it to be repaired. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was fine. My overall experience was negative due to the repeated problems with vehicle.
