 | I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for regular maintainence, and the service took a day. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I recevied paperwork with the service, and the staff there are real nice. I work with a guy named Larry, and he has done an awesome job. Currently the check engine light is on.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I had my car in for a routine oil change, I paid a fair price for the service, and it was done quickly for me. The staff is always very friendly to me, especially the nice women at the front desk. My vehicle is running great, and overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Marquis. Overall my experience was really positive. Jamal worked with me and he was very nice to me while I was there. I was approved the very first day I walked in. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it but I had to replace a fuse for a light to work and also one of the tires was leaking a bit.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. Damion was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was in nice shape when I received it. It didnt take long for me to be approved for the vehicle, and I think there may be an electric short somewhere. The staff was very nice, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I brought it in for the brakes, an oil change, and the front end. It was there for a few hours and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there is number one. The experience has been positive.

I received paperwork for the service. The staff were kind and professional. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1997 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because it died and it needed a battery and alternator. I fixed the problem myself but JD Byrider paid for the alternator. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt but I got paperwork. The staff was good. The car has lots and lots of body rust, the stabalizer bars need to be replaced and the front end is making a lot of noise. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought the vehicle in because the check engine light was on. It took 12 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was ok. My overall experience was neutral due to the length of time for the car to be fixed.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Ricky and he did a good job selling me the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean for me to. I got approved for the car that same day. Today my car is running good for me and I see no problems with it.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in because the engine went bad, along with the head gasket. They had the car for a week to fix. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was okay, Jason took care of me, I was just disappointed with the time it took. The radiator leaks now, the windshield is cracked because they hit it with the engine. Overall, my experience was negative because the first time I brought it in, they didnt call me to tell me that it would take a week to fix and the communication was lacking. The 2nd time I came in they said it would take 40 minutes and it ended up taking 5 days and I was without the car for Thanksgiving.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was negative because I always have problems when I take my car there to get fixed. The last time I took my car into the shop they didnt tighten the bolts on my tire and it fell off when I was driving. Also one time they wrecked my car when I took it there. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get a new starter put on. They had my car in the shop for about four days and the staff members treated me alright this time. I had to pay for the work done and I did get a receipt with it. The price I had to pay was kind of high. Today my car is running ok but I am still having problems with it.
