    I own a 2000 Ford F150. Overall my experience was positive. My motor blew out on my vehicle, so I had service. the staff swapped me vehicles. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any other problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the process.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. My salesperson was a lady with short hair and intials. Her customer service was great. THe vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. The vehicle is doing good today. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. Brake service was why the veihcle was in recently, and it took one hour for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Silverado. Wendell was the salesperson that helped me select my new vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchasd ws in good shape when I received it. It took a matter of minutes before I was approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 20 minute. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my oil change.

    I own a 1996 Buick Century. I brought my car in for a new water pump and shocks. It was in the shop for 4 or 5 days. It was not under warranty and I thought the price was ok. I got paperwork for the work they did. The staff is always good. I am not having any problems with my vehicle now. Overall, my experience was positive.

The vehicle`s service was not under warranty but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle has no problems now.     I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Donnie and he was great. The car was in good condition when I got it. Im having problems with the door shutting and the front windshiled has a crack in it. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Blazer. Ovearall my experience was positive. My sales perosn was tall, male, and African Amercian. The vehicle is doing alright when I bough it, but at one point my temp gauge stoppe working. My temp gauge is working now, so every thing is okay. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle. I was approved for my vehicle the very day that I walked into the dealership.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. My salesperson was Megan, and she was very nice. It didnt take long to get approved for the car but the whole process took awhile. The car was in pretty good condition when I bought it, but the cd player doesnt work. Also the trunk doesnt stay shut. Overall my experience was neutral because all the problems with the car now.

    I own a 1999 Chrysler Concorde. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get a new air compressor for my air conditioner. They had my car in the shop for about one day and the staff members did a wonderful job for me. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running perfect for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Pontiac Montana. I had my vehicle in to have the catalytic converter looked at, and also my transmission was slipping. The service was done quickly, it was covered under warrenty and the friendly staff passed me the paperwork when it was all done. My vehicle is running good today, and overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was a brunette female. She was very good and my vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with my car now, and I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2001 SATURN LW. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for some problems that needed fixed when we got the car. They balanced and rotated the tires, and fixed the windshield wipers. The service took about a day to complete. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there are still a few issues with the vehicle. The windshield is scratched from the wipers, and there is still a bad vibration in the vehicle.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. I took my car into the shop for an oil change, new brakes and my passenger side door needed to be fixed because it would not open. It was in the shop for an entire day. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The office staff are nice but the service was horrible. My car seems to be running worst than before I brought it in. The breakes are still squealing--and there is a crunching noise in my front tires. My overall experience was negative because I am just not satisfied at all with the service. I am having to many problems.
