    I own a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire. I took my car in because of a flat tire. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t have to pay anything but I did recieve paperwork. The customer service was great. The car is doing great today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 GMC Sonoma. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a speed sensor. I twas quickly serviced and I had to pay a fair price. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was great. There are no problems with the car now.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change; the service was done quickly, the price was fair, and I recieved a receipt for the service. The staff was good to me, and my car is doing just fine today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Dodge Grand Cara. I brought my car in because of shaking in the front end. They had the car overnight and they could not fix the problem. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was alright. The shaking in the front end is still there. Overall, my experience was neutral because they did not fix anything.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. I had my vehicle in for service again, and I think this is the 4th time since October I have had the car in for brake service; I have honestly had the car in the shop more than I have had it on the road in the short time I have had it. The services completed were documented on my receipt, although I am not entirely sure as to what it is they actually worked on. The staff is very friendly, however, but the vehicle is on it`s way back into the shop again, and this time it is the back brakes acting up as well. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Crown Vict. I brought my car in for an oil change. It did not take longe. It was not covered under warranty, but I had a coupon for a free oil change. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was real good. Currently the car just has some minor electrical problems. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because my water level light was reading low and I needed an oil change. It was in the shop for 3 hours. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. The staff was excellent. There are no problems with the car at this time.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Dakota. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger, black man and he provided alright customer service. The whole process was very professional. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because my check engine light was on, and the oil light was on to. They had my car in the shop for only twenty minuets and while I was there the staff members treated good. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running ok for me.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Prizm. I took the car to the service center to have the cadilik convertor replaced. They didnt have the car but a couple hours. I had to pay close to two hundred and sixty dollars for the work that was done. They gave me a receipt back showing what all they did to the car too. Ever since I got the car back the brake lights been coming on so I want to get that checked out. The staff treated me real nice. Overall my experience was positive.

I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change; the service was done quickly by a very friendly and helpful staff, I was given paperwork upon completion of the service, and my car is running fine today. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience is always positive. I brought my vehicle in to get a rim fixed and also to get the windshield wiper fluid working again. It took an hour and a half and was covered under warranty. I got a receipt and the staff were great to me. I have not had any other issues with the vehicle since the last service.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. Anthony was my salesperson. My car was running well when I got it, but they still have to detail it for me. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 2000 Buick Regal. My sales person was a tall man with brown hair and a hair gotee. I was there for a day and the car was in good condition when I got it. The window motor broke but it was already fixed. There are no problems now. The staff there was great and the experience was positive.
