    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. My salesperson was Harley and Charlie. They both did a very good job. It took about one week to get me approved and everything done. My car was in nice shape when I got it and it is doing good today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. I brought my car in for brake problems. It took about 20-30 minutes to fix. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was excellent. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. I had my vehicle serviced for the same issue I have been having since day one with this vehicle, and that is the service engine light coming on and off. I am going to pick up the vehicle at the dealership, and I have been assured the service has been done and the vehicle is ready to go. The staff is good, and the saleswomen in particular that I have been working with has been wonderful to me. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be Neutral, and that is because of the constant issue I am having with the vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Nissan Quest. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It did not take long at all. I paid $5 for the oil change. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were awesome. The transmission seems to be slipping a bit. When I reverse it goes into drive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because the engine was knocking alot. My car was in the shop for about two days and the staff members treated good while I was there. The car was under warranty at the time and I did get paperwork showing what they did to it. Today my car is running good for me.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I recently brought my car in for an oil changed, and for the engine light. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were awesome. My car is running good today, except that I haven`t had time to get the engine light fixed. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET S10. My salesperson was Adam and he was alright. The car was in good condition when I got it. The speakers are not working right. It took about an hour to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because I never got my radio and the speakers are broken.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Vince and he did a great job with me. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it. I have not had any problems with it at all since I drove it off of the lot.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Joe, and I was approved the same day. My vehilce was great condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. The staff did a good jod during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. I bought my car off of Vinny. His customer service was wonderful. The car was in good condition and clean when I received it. My car is running really good today, and does great on gas. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. I had my car in for a multitude of issues, including; brakes, chocks, tie-rods, a squeaking door and passenger seat that made a squeak as well. The service was done over the course of a week when I was out of town, and the staff was polite and called to let me know when the service was done. I recieved paperwork documenting the service, and the car is doing fine today, other than the issue with the passenger seat, which is still waiting for a crucial part to come in. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2008 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was postiive. My salesperson was Carla and she was perfect. She was really nice. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There is a little thing wrong with the fuel pump, but it only acts up every once in a while. I need to call them to set up an appointment. Eveything else is fine with the car. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. I took the car to the service center to have the transmittion replaced for the third time. They had the car for four days before they gave it back to me. I didnt have to pay anything for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am still having the same problem with the car now. They need to send it somewhere that cant fix the problem because they cant. The service guy there is great everyone else sucks. Overall my exprience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Escort. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase I had to go through the manager just to my vehicle fixed. From reason the staff was not going to fix m transmission at first, so I had to talk to the manager. My tranmission stalled and shut down on me, and my vehicle was in the shop for about two days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperowrk. My speakers pop in, and out some times, so I plan to have more service in the near future.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Almarie was my salesperson. She was great. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it. I am taking it in tomorrow so they can fix the steering. We talked about that when I bought it. Also now my running lights don`t work. They blink three or four times and go out. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.
