 | I own a 2000 Dodge Intrepid. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center because the check engine light came on. I got the car back that same day, but it came back on again. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done because it was covered under warranty, but I got a receipt back. The check engine light is on again. The staff treated me great like always.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. The vehicle was overheating recently and needed service, and it took two days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and I think the vehicle is doing the same thing now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Floyd and he did a good job selling me the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean to. I got approved taht same day for the car. Today my car is running good for me and I have no problems with it.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I had two salesmen. One had blonde hair and one had dark hair. They were both very nice. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. The heat and air conditioning work perfectly. Currently there are no problems with the car. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change, but the service staff found oil in my radiator, and they went ahead and took care of that issue as well. The service was done quickly for me, and it was covered under my warrenty, and I left with the paperwork in hand. The staff is always great, I really love the staff. My vehicle is running fine today, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2002 Buick Century. My salesperson was Sharmey. She was awesome; I`m sure you guys hear that all the time. Everyone was laughing and having a good time. Everyone is beautiful. The vehicle was awesome when I recieved it. The vehicle is doing awesome today other than something has to be welded together on the bottom. Even when I called the repair service the guy I spoke with was really nice. I was approved the same day. Everything was excellent. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 GMC Jimmy. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Matt, and he provided really good customer service. Everyone up there did an excellent job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle, and it runs perfect. On a scale from 1 to 10, they would be above a 10 because the service was excellent and the staff all did a great job.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had any problems with the vehicle since I drove it off of the lot.

The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but it has been cutting off lately. I have to take it to the service center to have it checked out. Overall my experience was positive.

The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and currently the check engine light is on, but they can not get me in until 12/29 to look at the car.

 | I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I had a new starter installed, tire pressure checked, and an oil change. My vehicle was in the shop for about two hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork upon the completion of service. The staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop. My transmission is slipping to, so I plan to have more service in the near future.
