 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 Ford Focus. I took my car into the shop for a new transmission and a water pump. It was in the shop for 4 weeks. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were pretty good but I am still having some problems with my car. They were also pretty bad about returning my phone calls. My car is still running hot and I am having the same power steering problem for the third time. My overall experience was negative because of the several issues at once--it has been a huge inconvenience.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change; the staff was friendly, the service was quick, the service was covered under my warrenty, and I recieved paperwork when they were done. My vehicle is running well today, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in to repair a radiator hose. It took about a week to complete. I believe that it was covered under warranty. I think that I received paperwork. On a scale of 1 to 10 the customer service was a 9. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville. My sales person was Cliff. I was there for too long, about 5 or 6 hours. The car was in good condition when I got it and there are no problems at all. The staff was very nice and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Bravada. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brian, and he provided okay customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently the ABS light is on, and I noticed it a couple days after I purchased the vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Lumina. I bought my car from Wala, and she was real good. She explained everything to me and she was very polite. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems now. They had the car sitting out front when I went to get it. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience with getting the car was positive. I bought my car from Matt, and he was great. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I got it, and I am not having any problems at this time.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN SL. I took the car to the service center to have work done on the transmittion. They were real good about getting the car back to me that same day. I had to pay fifty five dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. The transmittion is starting to slip now. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Buick Regal. Demond was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle`s service light has just came on. The staff was wonderful, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car in because there was a broken key in the ignition. It took 2 or 3 days to fix everything because parts had to be ordered. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.
