 | I own a 2002 KIA RIO. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for work on the bumper where the license plate is, and they had it for about half of a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I`m not sure if we received paperwork with the service. The staff there have treated me fine, and currently there is a problem with the shifting on the car.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in to get my tires rotated and balanced. It took about an hour to get fixed. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was okay. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Jeep Grand Cher. I brought the vehicle in to flush the heater core. We didn`t have any heat. It took 4 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am still having problems with the heat working at full potential. The defroster on the front window is not working. The customer service I received was real good. My overall experience is positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I brought the vehicle in because I need to get the upper radiator hose repaired. It took 2-3 days for it to be repaired. It wasn’t covered under warranty. I think the price was unfair. I was charged $141.00 for a $19.00 part from Auto Zone. I did receive paperwork that day. The vehicle is jerking right now but I won`t take it to JD Byrider unless the repair is covered under warranty. I would rate the customer service a 5 out of 10. My overall experience was negative due to them over charging me for the repair.

The car was nice and clean when I got it, but there is a speaker thats blown. Also there is a problem with the back latch. Overall my experience was positive.

The staff was nice. The check engine light keeps coming on and the shifter cables still need to be fixed. Overall, my experience was positive.

I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was excellent. My overall experience is positive.

When I purchased my vehicle that day it was very clean , and in good condition. The day that I purchased the vehicle that night the waterlight came on. I have also noticed that the fog lights don`t work. I was approved in the same day that I came in.
